Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education, Govt. Polytechnic Pithowala campus, Dehradun (UBTER) invites Applications in the prescribed format from eligible candidates for filling up the following vacancies of Group-C in Uttarakhand Jal Vidyut Nigam Limited (UJVNL), Power Transmission Corporation of Uttarakhand Limited (PTCUL), Uttarakhand Power Corporation Limited (UPCL) and Technical Education Department. Total Number of Vacancies: 1057
UJVNL Vacancy details: (Total- 243)
PTCUL Vacancy details: (Total- 143)
Technical Education Deptt Vacancy details: (Total- 98)
UPCL Vacancy details: (Total- 573)
Educational Qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate / Diploma / ITI / Polytechnic according to the posts. Download the advertisement from the link given below for detailed information about qualification.
Age Limit: 18 to 40 years (as on 01.07.2013).
Application Fee: Candidates of all categories are exempted from payment of Application fee & Examination fee.
Selection & Exam Pattern: Candidates will have to undergo a Multi-optional Objective type written test of 100 Marks including 50 questions from Hindi, General Study etc. and 50 questions will be based on the subjects related to applied posts followed by CAD (if applicable for the post). There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer. Total duration of written exam will be of two hours. The final selection of candidates for the posts will be based on written test merit.
How to apply: Eligible and interested candidates can send their Applications in 9'' x 12'' size envelope by Speed Post/Registered Post in the prescribed format complete in all respect along with self-attested copies of required documents to “The Secretary, Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education, Govt. Polytechnic Pithowala campus, Dehradun” so as to reach on or before last date.
